Vancouver BC, Canada - November 21th, 2008 - Symmetrics today announced the release of a new product offering that delivers enhanced business intelligence, reporting and analysis capabilities for Oracle’s hosted multi-channel contact center platform called Contact Center Anywhere (formerly Telephony@Work CallCenterAnywhere). In conjunction with this new release, the company also announced it has signed a worldwide partnership agreement with Oracle, within the Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) program.

Business Intelligence for Oracle Contact Center Anywhere application is a web-based reporting, analysis and data integration solution that enables Oracle Contact Center Anywhere (CCA) users to more effectively and efficiently leverage their contact center data. The solution is targeted at both CCA hosting companies (where it can be deployed into their data centers and offered along with core CCA functionality to their subscribed customers), as well as at CCA end user customers (where it is deployed within their own internal IT environments).
The product delivers a number of powerful and valuable Business Intelligence functions that CCA users can’t get from the standard reporting features found within CCA, including:
access to any/all available historical reporting data beyond what is available with the production system environment
availability of all current CCA standard reports in addition to advanced reports not available in standard CCA offering
on demand downloading if raw data and audio files
a platform that delivers other advanced reporting and analysis functionality including additional custom reports, graphical management dashboards, OLAP analysis and more
