Enter The 2009 Customer Satisfaction Certification For Vendors

Why Enter?

    Showcase how great your service is to existing and potential customers, shareholders, investors, suppliers and staff and earn certification through the program for the current year!

    We will pass you comments and the actual scores across all areas from the aggregate of customers who scored your service. This will allow you to review what your customers are saying and where they see your strengths. Confidentiality will remain so customers personal details will not be passed on and none of your statistics will be shared with anyone other than your company.

    We will be featuring winners prominently through a winners' circle feature on ContactCenterWorld.com which will last a whole year and have prominence on our home page as well as the special feature site for Customer Satisfaction Certification.

    We will host podcasts with the CEO of the winners to discuss what makes them Top in Customer Satisfaction.

    Every certified company will have a page dedicated to them in the conference binder distributed to senior executives at the conferences put on by ContactCenterWorld.com every summer. This will be in the region you win an award i.e. EMEA.

    We will publish interviews with the winners and include web links to winners websites.

How the Program Works

  • You enter your company into the program
  • ContactCenterWorld.com confirms your entry and issues you with a unique customer ID
  • You send out communications to your customers to come and score your service
  • All scores are received directly by ContactCenterWorld.com
  • After 3 months, ContactCenterWorld.com will work out all your scores and send you a log in to review your feedback – you will not see individual feedback scores or names associated with the comments and scores, just averages and total scores for the year in which the majority of votes were received
  • All companies who score 80% or more in customer satisfaction will earn certification for their customer satisfaction
     
  • How many customers do I need to poll?
    The certification is based on a statistically valid confidence rating with a 5% margin of error. Simply enter the total number of customer below to calculate how many votes you need.

Costs For Entry

There is an entry fee per company which covers one region of the world for the current year. If you operate in more than area of the world i.e. USA and UK you can enter 2 regions (Americas for USA and EMEA for UK) for a small additional fee.

Initial annual entry fee per company $595 
Per additional region $195 

For marketing purposes you can only use the Customer Satisfaction Certified logo in one area of the world – each logo is customized by region so that if you operate in, say, the USA and UK, and the USA earns the Customer Satisfaction Certification, the certification will state AMERICAS and this may only be used by the Americas team.

By clicking on "Submit Your Responses" you are authorizing ContactCenterWorld.com to invoice you for your entry and you also agree to the Terms of the Customer Satisfaction Certification program above and the ContactCenterWorld.com standard terms of business (available on request).

Program Terms

1. Entering does not guarantee certification. Certification is only available to entrants who can demonstrate exceptionally high customer satisfaction scores of at least 80% accross all customers.
2. The entrants must meet the requirements in terms of the number of responses needed to achieve a statistically accurate confidence rating with 5% margin of error – the exact number is available on the entry form.
3. The entry fee is payable each time the entrant participates in the program.
4. Entrants can contact customers directly through emails, phone calls etc to encourage them to vote for the entrant.
5. No individual data will be shared – all responses are confidential and grouped – entrants will have a report on the average of their own customer group.
6. Unless permission is granted by the customer at time of voting, no customers will be contacted for other services by ContactCenterWorld.com
7. All certified entrants will be featured on ContactCenterWorld.com
8. The Customer Satisfaction certification is only awarded once ContactCenterWorld.com (the awarding body) can confirm the scores meet the minimum required.
9. In the event any customers are pressed into providing positive responses on behalf of an entrant, the entrant will be disqualified from the program.
10. In the event an entrant receives submissions from customers at locations other than those covered by the region specified in the application process, these will be considered void.
11. ContactCenterWorld.com (the awarding body) will randomly conduct reviews of votes and may contact customers to confirm their scores. All such checks and security measures to ensure the integrity of the program are proprietary and ContactCenterWorld.com is under no obligation to disclose the processes used.
12. The Customer Satisfaction Certification logo can only be used by certified companies in the region it is earned i.e. Americas, APAC or EMEA. Any company wrongfully claiming certification at any stage shall be subject to legal action.
13. Each certification lasts for the current fiscal year (i.e. 2009) and an entrant can display previously earned certification logos without penalty.
14. ContactCenterWorld.com (the awarding body) can change or amend the program at any stage.
