Entering does not guarantee certification. Certification is only available to entrants who can demonstrate exceptionally high customer satisfaction scores of at least 80% accross all customers.

The entrants must meet the requirements in terms of the number of responses needed to achieve a statistically accurate confidence rating with 5% margin of error – the exact number is available on the entry form.

| 3.

The entry fee is payable each time the entrant participates in the program.
|
| 4.
|
Entrants can contact customers directly through emails, phone calls etc to encourage them to vote for the entrant.
|
| 5.
|
No individual data will be shared – all responses are confidential and grouped – entrants will have a report on the average of their own customer group.
|
| 6.

Unless permission is granted by the customer at time of voting, no customers will be contacted for other services by ContactCenterWorld.com
|
| 7.

All certified entrants will be featured on ContactCenterWorld.com
|
| 8.
|
The Customer Satisfaction certification is only awarded once ContactCenterWorld.com (the awarding body) can confirm the scores meet the minimum required.

In the event any customers are pressed into providing positive responses on behalf of an entrant, the entrant will be disqualified from the program.
|

In the event an entrant receives submissions from customers at locations other than those covered by the region specified in the application process, these will be considered void.
|
| 11.

ContactCenterWorld.com (the awarding body) will randomly conduct reviews of votes and may contact customers to confirm their scores. All such checks and security measures to ensure the integrity of the program are proprietary and ContactCenterWorld.com is under no obligation to disclose the processes used.

The Customer Satisfaction Certification logo can only be used by certified companies in the region it is earned i.e. Americas, APAC or EMEA. Any company wrongfully claiming certification at any stage shall be subject to legal action.

Each certification lasts for the current fiscal year (i.e. 2009) and an entrant can display previously earned certification logos without penalty.

| 14.
|
ContactCenterWorld.com (the awarding body) can change or amend the program at any stage.
|
