The Customer Contact Management Association of Australia – Asia Pacific, Peak Global Body for this region is immensely proud to be announcing the Australian winners in the prestigious 2007 Best in the World Contact Centre Awards.

An amazing event likened to the Oscars.  This year’s event was in the USA – Las Vegas, Nations from all over the world competed for the esteemed awards and titles in 11 categories, after rigorous assessment.  9 countries from the USA, UK, Asia, Europe and Australia made it to the winning list, similar to the Olympics of the Contact Centre industry with Gold, Silver and Bronze categories.

True to form Australia took 3 prestigious awards that has left us all feeling proud of the delegates who have represented us all so well – The National Australia Bank awarded Silver for the Best Contact Centre (250+agents), Marketcom Australia awarded Gold for Best Outbound Campaign, Mr. Steve Collier from the National Australia Bank (GM Direct Sales and Services NAB) awarded Gold for Best Contact Centre Leader in the World!
