About Us

ContactCenterWorld.com is the leading global support organization for the contact center industry around the world. As a resource we are unrivalled – our membership is growing substantially and our knowledge and experience in the call/contact center industry is immense.

We currently have 115263 corporate members of which 40% are at senior executive level within contact centers globally. The quality content on our site is what draws 7,500 unique users to us every day - those who need fast access to the latest information to make informed decisions for their business.

ContactCenterWorld.com was the idea of Raj Wadhwani, our President, and was launched in January 1999. Since then, we have been helping tens of thousands of operational managers and executives around the world increase their knowledge and value to their company through our daily editorials and useful industry information.

We are already regarded by many as the leading online resource for the contact center industry worldwide. The ContactCenterWorld.com website attracts over 7,500 unique visitors every day and has a vast membership of industry professionals in every corner of the world. Our members benefit from an extensive collection of informative articles, case studies, interviews and more. They can also tap into a resource of over 200 industry experts who dedicate time to answer questions at no charge to our members. We have both personal & corporate memberships available.

Conferences & Awards
When we launched the Contact Center World Conferences & Awards we were determined to bring a new dimension to the industry. Whilst there are many national awards programs, we knew that by building on our vast reach and partnering with key industry associations around the world, we could create a unique experience. In 2006, we launched the Contact Center World Conferences & Awards. In addition, we have other award programs for suppliers of industry services - these are the Members’ Choice Awards and TOP Outsourcer Awards.

Research
In 2005, we set out to develop the industry’s broadest benchmarking study. Having reviewed what information was available through other studies by leading research organizations, we realized that there were distinct gaps in information around the contact center world. When we launched our study we gathered data from contact centers in 50 countries - almost twice as many countries as the other leading studies had accomplished. Building on this we are scheduled to launch the Top 100 - a benchmark study of the Best in the Industry - we realized that benchmarking is more valuable if the companies you are benchmarking are world class so we are launching the Top 100 study.


Corporate Philanthropy

We are passionate in the way we support charities and activities. We have run a charity auction, supported local athletes in international events and currently have a Fit For Work program that donates funds to charities though staff participating in fitness programs.


Meet the team:

Raj Wadhwani
President & Founder

Raj graduated with a special honors degree in Physics and went on to pursue a career in sales. In 1990 he joined one of the premier call center outsourcing agencies at that time where he helped to create a specialist unit managing business-to-business clients. In 1992 he joined a London based outsourcing agency (now a part of Sitel), where over the next 4 years he won business from major clients and directed major projects. In 1996 he set up a call center consultancy & training company servicing major brands around Europe. In 1999 he set up and launched what is now known as ContactCenterWorld.com

Outside of work Raj enjoys the martial arts and regularly trains in Kick Boxing and a variety of other arts. He is a qualified pilot and has his own 4 seater plane. He also enjoys skiing, snowmobiling, scuba diving and is currently undergoing the Accelerated Free Fall skydiving program.



Senior Client Services Liaison

Jill is a graduate of Confederation College, having focused her studies in the Hospitality Industry. Jill brings to the team over 5 years of contact center industry experience from both managerial levels and front line roles. She has worked for major credit card companies, airlines and telecommunications companies in developing Quality Standards and Models of Behavior as well as managing major projects and campaigns for a research company. With her hospitality background and contact center experience, Jill is focused on promoting excellent client relations for ContactCenterWorld.com

Outside of work Jill enjoys the outdoors and is often found on the lake near her family’s cottage trying to reel in the big fish. She enjoys reading, cooking, travelling and spending time with friends and family.




Manager - Web Programming & IT

Tyler is a graduate of Confederation College, having focused his learnings in Programming and Analytical studies, with over 10 years of programming experience. Tyler has worked with several Web Application development companies creating booking applications for airlines, community forums and contract programming services. His background in teaching and his fast-paced learning helps bring ContactCenterWorld.com to the cutting edge of technology innovations through the uses of Automation, Self-Services and performance enhancements.

In his spare time, Tyler is a family man and enjoys spending quality time with his children enjoying such activities as biking, hiking and going to family events. Tyler also enjoys world politics and watching the technology industry for future trends.


Autumn Walker
Graphics & Web

Autumn is a graduate of the Mulitmedia Productions Program at Confederation College, with past experience in fine arts and computer graphics. Having worked for 2 other website companies as well as creating graphics for print for many local companies, Autumn brings a wealth of knowledge in psycology of perception and design to the ContactCenterWorld.com team.

Outside of work, Autumn enjoys camping and canoeing, walking with her dogs and spending time with family and friends. Autumn also spends some of her free time working on her expanding gallery of art pieces.
